Office Assistant, Cincinnati, OH – Part-time

Assist staff members with various office duties managed by our Accounting and Marketing Departments, no previous office experience needed. The person filling this position should be detail oriented and able to prioritize and handle a variety of tasks.

Accounting Responsibilities:

  • Help with deposits, check writing and payroll entries
  • Assist with paying bills
  • Ordering supplies
  • Help to enter job estimates
  • Filing
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Assist with sales packets and proposal preparation
  • Update contact lists
  • Assist with property promotion and listing services
  • Print and file job sheets
  • Assist with event planning and preparation
  • Update Marketing Book, information and materials
