Cincinnati Commercial Construction will begin building the $16 million Blue Line Foundation facility located in South Fairmont in February 2024. The 24,000 SF space will offer space for education, collaboration and celebration.
CCC has been involved with Blue Line since its inception in 2017. Its mission is to pull together resources and training to improve Greater Cincinnati police forces. The two-story building will include training rooms, offices and mental health facilities for Blue Line’s operation and training programs. To enhance the community, the new HQ will be able to go from daytime office and support operations to an evening and weekend event space.
The first floor of the building will be tenant space. The second floor will be home to the Blue Line offices and offer community spaces, including a ballroom for catering and a rooftop space. An anchor tenant has not yet been announced.
CCC has launched a new division. Westheimer Real Estate (WRE) will focus on on land for development and the company’s commercial spaces for lease. Previously, all sales, development, space for lease and construction service fell under the Cincinnati Commercial Contracting umbrella. John Westheimer, CCC Founder and current President, will head up WRE.
Jason Manni and Justin Platt, both currently vice presidents with CCC, will own and oversee the commercial construction operations for CCC. While Westheimer will still have some involvement with CCC, his primary duties with shift to WRE.
This has been a multi year succession plan for all three CCC principals.
“It’s a positive, incremental change,” said Westheimer. “The time is right now. Jason and Justin have the chance to really grow and prosper, and do what they do really, really well.”
CCC is building the Westheimer Real Estate’s office in Monroe now, with an anticipated opening of that office in January 2024.

Located on Clarence F. Warner Drive, the Four Seasons Car Wash is in part of an emerging business neighborhood, including LCNB Bank, Arby’s and Speedway. It can be seen from SR 63, near the I-75 Monroe exit. 3.5 miles from the newly approved Union Village Project, a $445 million, 4,500 home development attracting 12,000 residents with a sports complex and park. Minutes away from Cincinnati Premium Outlets, Traders World and Miami Valley Gaming. Maybe this is the perfect location for your business.
The project included the selective demolition of interior finishes – that is demolition with a lighter touch and finesse, critical for maintaining some finishes while replacing others. We also saw-cut through the exterior brick face of the building so seven new windows could be installed, bringing in much needed light. New flooring, new ceiling tiles and paint in some areas finished the job.
Remodeling, renovating or retrofitting an existing business while keeping the doors open to customers can be tricky. Our team understands that you need little disruption to business as possible.
