Relationships Matter

Building Strong Business Connections

CCC began working with Miami Valley Christian Academy (MVCA) in 2007, when we built their new 44,743 SF high school that is home to classrooms, labs, and office. A MVCA Board Member, Tom Rodenbaugh, began a relationship with CCC then that is still going strong today. As the CEO of Kutol Products in Sharonville, Ohio, he brought us in to build Kutol’s new 152,000 SF facility. Since then, CCC has been contracted to add two additions to Kutol, including a 31.75 SF warehouse addition to Kutol.

Recently we completed a 21,750 SF two story Butler® Pre-Engineered metal building addition to the MCVA campus that includes an overhead gymnasium viewing area. Along with 11 individual classrooms, 3 offices, a teacher’s lounge, restroom, weight room and locker room space.

“It’s Just A Great Experience”

Working with CCC is, says Tom: just a great experience. We appreciate all our clients and value the strong relationships that allow us to work with them multiple times on diverse projects. CCC continues to build strong business connections and relationships with our customer. It really does matter.

Cincinnati Bulk Terminals has tapped CCC to construct their new warehouse and office facility. The new 60,000 SF facility is being built in downtown Cincinnati, across from Longworth Hall. We are currently pouring the foundation wall and footings.

Our client is interested in leasing the space that is slated to complete construction in early 2025. With this great location, there should be lots of interest to be part of the facility. If you are interested in learning more, contact us for more information.

Renovation and Addition Complete

The CCC team recently complete work at Hydro Systems Company in Newtown, Ohio that included renovation of their existing offices and the addition of a new building to their complex. Hydro Systems is a world leader in the manufacturer of chemical dilution, dosing, and injection systems.

Industrial facility and warehouse construction projects can be challenging to manage, and communication is critical, especially for a facility that is already operating. CCC has over 43 years of experience constructing large, complex industrial, manufacturing and warehouse buildings. We make sure that our clients can operate their business with little to no disruption to their day-to-day activities.

Butler Manufacturing® PEMB for Industrial Addition

The 1,780 SF addition (the blue building in the photo) is a Butler pre-engineered metal building. The client needed 30′ ceilings for their automated storage facility, so we recommended the PEMB which could give them that and satisfy all other facility needs.

Office Renovations

CCC completely renovated the client’s offices, including conference room, lobby, main office and showroom areas. Completion of the renovation and addition successfully met the client’s expectations.

Why CCC Installs The MR-24 Roofing System

7 Reasons Why The MR 24 Roof Is The Best System

Whether you are building new or re-roofing, repairing or replacing your current roof, Butler MR 24 roof systems are flexible enough to fit your building’s needs. Here are 7 great reasons you should learn more about the MR 24 roofing system.

#1: Longevity

Butler Standing Seam Roofs have been in place for over a quarter of a century. Recent surveys confirm that these roofs can withstand decades of harsh sun rays, heavy rains, snow, ice and extreme temperatures without requiring any major maintenance, much less replacement. Twenty-year-old surveyed roofs were projected to last well into the future. What other roof can boast of low-maintenance, weather-tight performance?

    #2: Flexibility

Whether you are building new or re-roofing, Butler systems can fit your needs. That includes everything from flat roofs to a variety of slopes — even steep-pitched roofs. CCC has re-roofed buildings with complex roof geometry, as well as multiple buildings connected together into a single complex. Also, by adding pitch with Butler’s fully engineered structural slope build-up system, our standing seam roofs can be installed directly over many existing flat roofs. In fact, most roofs can be retrofitted without interruption to daily business operations.

    #3: Durability

Butler roof systems are engineered to last. Constantly changing temperatures cause a roof to expand and contract thousands of times each year. While this action can rack and pull apart many ordinary roofs, Butler roof systems are specifically engineered to allow for this natural thermal movement and provide long-term weather-tight performance. Wind and weather are no match for a Butler roof system.

    #4: Affordability

Many people are surprised to discover that the Butler long-term solution is comparable in price to many short-term fixes.

Your savings are magnified when you consider the improved energy efficiency that comes with the addition of new insulation. You can also save the cost of removal and disposal of existing roof materials by installing a new slope build-up roof system right over an old roof. Life-cycle cost comparisons prove that a Butler roof — whether it’s a new roof or a retrofitted re-roof — is extremely cost effective.

    #5: Complete System Design

Your roof is only as good as its weakest detail or component. With Butler Roof Systems, every aspect of your roof — from ridge to eaves, trims and flashings, interior or exterior drainage, roof openings and accessories — has been designed to work in unison to form a total system that provides an overall protective shield.

    #6: Aesthetics

A new roof can dramatically change the appearance of a building. Butler can add color, provide a mansard, or change a roof pitch and give your entire building a facelift. With Butler, you’ll find beauty and performance combined, thanks to precise engineering and professional installation.

    #7: Reliability

The worldwide leader in metal roof systems, Butler Manufacturing introduced the modern standing seam roof in 1969. Since that time, the MR-24 roof system has been installed on well over two billion square feet of buildings all over the world. It is specified more than any other standing seam roof, according to a U.S. Steel survey of construction specifiers and Architectural Record magazine readership.
