The newest Cincinnati Commercial Contracting built Catch-A-Fire Pizza opened in Lebanon, Ohio. A fun design concept for this pizza restaurant that has great details to engage customers. This was a wonderful project, and the CCC team built a strong relationship with the Catch-A-Fire Pizza team. That is always our goal, and we are never satisfied unless you are.

CCC Completed Phoenix Metals Facility

CCC completed the new 156,000 SF manufacturing facility for Phoenix Metals. This design and build project in Middletown, Ohio is part of the Made Industrial Park. CCC continues the construction and development of the park, zoned heavy industrial. This location is within a two-day commercial drive of 60% of U.S. population!

A Metal Building Addition Completed

Century Mold Company

A 15+ Year Partnership

Century Mold Company chose CCC to build their Middletown, Ohio office and warehouse 15+ years ago. This year, they again chose CCC to build a 54,740 SF addition to the original facility. Recently completed, the CCC team was able to build this facility with little to no disruption to their business.

This new warehouse space is a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) construction. Choosing a PEMB construction option can actually improve your project by quickly and cost-effectively delivering a high-performing custom designed turnkey building solution. Both the new and older facility are built to last.

Project Update: Old and New Blend Seamlessly

From both the exterior and interior photos, you cannot tell which buildings were pre-existing. The new 12,500 square foot metal building in the middle now connects the old buildings on the right and left.

Project Update: Groundbreaking Event

Breaking ground on a new building is very exciting, and CCC makes groundbreaking events a big deal for our clients. Trucks, shovels, hardhats…we’ve got ’em! Check out the groundbreaking at Gilkey Window Company.

When owner Mike Gilkey decided to expand and renovate his production facility he contacted CCC. Mike knew that John Westheimer and CCC had a great reputation for integrity and quality, so he never reached out to any other contractor.

Not A Typical Construction Project

Gilkey Window Company is currently housed in two adjacent buildings. They are not the same size, not set the same on the property and both are close to the road. The construction project includes taking two disparate buildings and creating one factory by adding 12,500 SF between the buildings: not an easy job. But the CCC team is certainly up to the task.
