Jake Sweeney Mazda Construction is Complete

See the amazing transformation!

Cincinnati Commercial Contracting was selected by Jake Sweeney Automotive to completely transform their Jake Sweeney Mazda Tri-County dealership facility. Located in Springdale, Ohio, the building had previously served as a used car showroom and service center.

The 15,600 square foot addition and complete renovation of the existing building brought the facility a new and contemporary, open floor plan that’s light filled to meet the needs of today’s customers. With new elevations the building has improved visibility that showcases the company name and brand.

The new showroom features frameless glass sales offices and the adjacent Service Area provides comfortable and efficient writer bays for that team. Customer seating areas were built with all the amenities today’s customers want: access to charging stations, large screen TVs and a beverage bar.

Exterior details include aluminum composite panes with a curtain wall glass, jewel box with lift and a membrane roof system. The CCC team was able to transform what had been a plain white box into a modern, bold, state-of-the-art facility.

New Business Courier Ads Feature CSZ

We like to feature one of our projects with each new ad campaign. Cincinnati Sub Zero was a big project that yielded great results for our client. Our team also learns so much about the types of work being done by businesses in our area.

CSZ manufactures environmental test chambers. Recently they created an environmental test chamber for a contractor working with NASA on the Orion Project. The work CSZ did will help that company successfully send a capsule to Mars.

All of that is happening in Cincinnati!

It’s Climb Time!

The CCC team is putting final touches inside the brand new Climb Time | Oakley facility. Climb Time is a full service indoor rock climbing facility opening very soon and wow, this is one amazing building!

This is not at all a typical space – it is, after all for indoor rock climbing. That means an extremely high ceiling, angled climbing walls and lots of attention to the quality for the climb and safety. Love working with Climb Time and we know you’ll love heading up their mountain soon.

Grand Opening for Climb Time is set for August 31st

CCC Tapped for Peterbilt New Build & Renovation Project

Cincinnati Commercial Contracting was selected by the TLG Peterbilt Dealership of Cincinnati for the design-build construction of two new building additions to the existing facility. The Office Building will add 27,858 square feet, and the Service Building will add 19,799 square feet to the Peterbilt dealership campus.

The site will remain close to the same basic overall layout. However, the flow of the service vehicles, new and used vehicles, and customer traffic spaces will be changed with new pavement striping for parking spots and vehicular traffic.

The Office Building will provide offices for all current employees, as well as future growth. The office Building has been designed with the intent to provide a welcoming environment for employees and customers. The design incorporates a large casual seating/open sales area. This area will also feature a large wall space for TLG Peterbilt to showcase their company history. A large Parts Showroom has been design to provide adequate space for merchandise and displays. This space will have a higher roof than the adjacent structure, with clerestory window on three side to provide as much natural light as possible. A truck dock has been included in the design of this building to provide a safer means of unloading deliveries into the Parts Warehouse.
