Jimmy John’s Is Completed

CCC Team Completes Jimmy John’s Restaurant

We recently completed construction on a standalone Jimmy John’s in Milford, Ohio. These photos show us completing final interior and exterior touches. The restaurant is now open and doing great business.

CCC works on projects of all sizes, including restaurants the size of Jimmy John’s. We give the same high quality workmanship and attention to detail whether it’s a 4000 SF build out or a 300,000 SF warehouse.

As John Westheimer, CCC Founder & President, says:

“At CCC we know details are critical to our success, from the first client meeting to the final project walkthrough, we are focused on constructing the best building available. We take pride in every building and every client experience.”

CCC, A Butler Mfg Award Winner

Faith Taylor and Jason Manni receive award from Butler
Faith Taylor & Jason Manni

Butler Builders from across the nation gathered in early March for the 2023 #ButlerBuilderMeeting. CCC Principal/CFO Jason Manni and Faith Taylor, CCC Marketing Manager were on hand for this learning, sharing and celebratory experience. We received two awards during the two day conference.

CCC was recognized as a High Performance Builder at the conference. This award goes to Butler builders who exceed sales and shipment goals within their target markets while also reaching market share goals. Together, both awards demonstrates CCC’s 25 year buildership commitment to building exceptional Butler Mfg® metal buildings and roofs for our clients. We are proud of the awards we receive but far more proud of helping our clients secure the best building for their businesses.

The size and scope of our client projects can range from 5,000 – 300,000+ SF.  From full infrastructure to open fields with no sewer, water, electric or streets.  CCC approaches each project, no matter the size, with the same intention:  to give our client the best building and experience possible.  When challenges arise, our team works together with the client to solve.

We asked a few of our clients to talk about their relationship and building experience with Cincinnati Commercial Contracting.  We are proud to share what they had to say.
