CCC Sells New Building
CCC partners with commercial brokers throughout the region. Thank you Wade Elliott and Dave Tobeson with Apex Commercial Group for bringing Atlantic Emergency to us. Atlantic Emergency is purchasing this new 10,000 SF building from CCC.
CCC Selected By Hamilton Security For New Manufacturing Plant
Hamilton Security HQ Ribbon Cutting
From empty, flat acreage to a 155,500 SF world class headquarters, this project was a well-coordinated effort bringing CCC, county officials and the Hamilton Security team together. CCC was proud to be part of the ribbon cutting event, and very proud of the finished project.
Progress Update: August 19, 2021
We’ll be turning over the site to our client, Hamilton Security, as soon as a few finishing details are completed. It has been a great project and partnership with the Hamilton Security and CCC teams working to ensure the new HS headquarters is exactly what their business needs today and tomorrow.

Progress Update: May 26, 2021
The CCC team and all our subcontractors have made amazing progress at the Hamilton Security job site. Current work includes exterior paint, black top and concrete work. A very long way from the December 17, 2020 ground breaking ceremony!
Progress Update: April 14, 2021
With only 77 days working on the 180,000 SF headquarter for Hamilton Security, our CCC teams are moving forward quickly, efficiently and on schedule. Drywall and storefront windows are being installed while plumbing and electrical rough-in are well in progress. As of now, we anticipate turning this project over to our client by the end of July.

Progress Update: The Walls Are Going Up
Didn’t take long for the CCC team to clear the property, prepare the site and begin raising the walls of the future Hamilton Security headquarters. Definitely a job for experienced and skilled trades people.

Groundbreaking Begins
Hamilton Security, a leading manufacturer and provider of physical security solutions, broke ground on a new corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility located in the Milford, Ohio area.
Hamilton Security and their design/build partner, Cincinnati Commercial Contracting, LLC., worked with all levels of state and local government, including Clermont County, to leverage the necessary incentives and infrastructure to develop this site.
The new facility is a consolidation of three existing facilities and will begin operation late in 2021. The building will be 180,000 square feet with the possibility of expanding to 220,000 square feet in the future.
Scope Of Project
Cincinnati Commercial Contracting developed the entire project. Costs include $11.9 million for construction, $957,900 for land acquisition, and $1.8 million for soft costs, developer fees and contingency.
