Building For Amazon

CCC Is Part Of The Amazon CVG Hub Project

When Amazon announced they were building a hub at CVG, it was important business news for Cincinnati. Cincinnati Commercial Construction was awarded a contract to construct a 54, 040 SF Butler® Metal Building. The building will serve as a storage facility for Amazon.

We started construction in December 2020, and anticipate completion in May or June of 2021. Currently the CCC team is finishing metal wall panels and gutters on the project.

A Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) was the perfect construction solution for Amazon. CCC became an authorized Butler Builder® in 1997, and achieved prestigious Career Builder® status in 2001. As a Butler Career Builder®, we offer our customers access to the highest-quality PEMB systems in the industry.

Learn more about PEMB and see some of our projects here.

Progress In The Making

Building To Our Client’s Plans

Cintas Janitorial Supplies & Services hired CCC to complete tenant improvement and space build-out for their 253,800 square foot building in Middletown, Ohio. We began work on January 4, 2021, and progress on the facility has been non-stop.

The Cincinnati Commercial Contracting team is building to meet Cintas’ plans and specs. What started as a shell condition space will be home to new office, break and production rooms along with an extensive warehouse facility.

These photos show work being executed on drywall, painting and ceiling grid with carpet and flooring coming in about two weeks. Can’t wait to see the final space!

CCC Builds-Out Spaces

Some clients, like Cintas, come to CCC with plans already drawn up and specifications for all materials determined. We take it from them, working to execute the plans. Other clients come to us with an empty shell or space, and ask that our CCC team develop the design plans and specs. Either way, clients get what they want. For CCC that’s what really matters.

How to Ensure a Successful Building Outcome

Building a new commercial or industrial building should be an enjoyable experience. After all, shouldn’t spending millions of dollars be a lot of fun? Building your dream – whether it’s an office, manufacturing plant, restaurant or store should be a dream come true. A chance to be more efficient, a better place to work, an upgraded image for your company? A happier you?

These goals should be the primary focus of every project. So let’s work together to make that happen! Over the next few months, we’ll be rolling out a series of articles to provide you with the benefit of CCC’s 40+ years of experience, including “How to:”

  • Choose a team with a similar culture to yours.
  • Best spend your time to design your dream.
  • Choose where to compromise to achieve your cost goals.
  • Set the project up for success.
  • Prepare, prepare, prepare (and prepare some more).
  • Think about what can go wrong.
  • Communicate.
  • Stay involved, as a CEO or Project Manager.

Reach out to CCC with any questions you may have. We’d love to talk construction with you!
